I am very pleased to see that the detoxiation of the spences is having great effects. I haven't seen colin yet, but sorry to say that I think richard has it in the bag. After a couple of days Ii must say this determined young man is shedding the pounds. Due to a trip to America - it was virtually impossible to lose weight in that country, Steak & Eggs for Breakfast!!!
Also the chicken wings in in Hooters are a real temptation!
Hopefully Robert is losing more weight than hair!
Richard may have it in the bag this month but he's gonny get it hard in Feb, to much in one month makes it harder for the next! |

First of all after taking 2 wickets in my last match last season I am perfecting my left arm spin.
With the bat I’m not sure if the Insurance covers this so I will wait another few weeks.

Just like to congratulate the 2nd's last night for a great team effort last night up in Donemana. Donemana even with a side containing 5 seniors, is always a side we look forward to playing. But the talented youth, mixed with experience came through with a convincing win, confirming our rightful place and the top of the table. Looks like the league cup willbe staying put for yet another year!!
